1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the AutoGauge AI application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
AutoGauge AI provides AI-powered car analysis tools including:
- Market value estimates based on real listing data
- Flip score and profit potential calculations
- Vehicle condition assessments from photos
- Repair cost estimates
- Safety ratings, recall data, and depreciation projections
3. Accounts
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Keeping your password secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
4. Free and Paid Plans
Free Tier
New users receive one free scan. After your free scan is used, a paid subscription is required to continue scanning.Paid Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
- Prices are displayed on the paywall screen before purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
Available Plans
- Starter — 10 scans per month
- Plus — 25 scans per month, includes Flip Profit Calculator
- Pro — Unlimited scans, includes Flip Profit Calculator and priority support
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App
- Resell or redistribute analysis results commercially without permission
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

Not Financial or Professional Advice
AutoGauge provides estimates and AI-generated analysis only. Our valuations, flip scores, condition reports, and repair estimates are not guarantees and should not be your sole basis for purchasing, selling, or pricing a vehicle.Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy using real market data, AI analysis, and government databases:
- Market values fluctuate and may differ from our estimates
- Condition assessments are based on visible photos only and cannot detect hidden mechanical issues
- Repair cost estimates are approximate and vary by location and shop
- Always get a professional inspection before purchasing a vehicle
Third-Party Data
Safety ratings, recalls, and complaint data come from NHTSA (a U.S. government agency). Market pricing comes from third-party listing aggregators. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoGauge AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App
- Any vehicle purchase or sale decisions made based on our analysis
- Inaccuracies in valuations, condition reports, or other estimates
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Any third-party services or data
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by AutoGauge AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.
Analysis results generated for your scans are yours to use personally. You may share individual results but may not systematically extract or republish data from the App.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings screen.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which the developer resides.
